Barsha is an accomplished IT projects delivery management professional with experience in global financial services, multinational retail and embedded technology startup. She has extensive expertise in prioritizing and planning concurrent projects; overseeing test and release management; formulating, gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements; and directing technical governance. Natural, collaborative professional able to coach and mentor globally-distributed teams, facilitate global client interactions, and effectively liaise between technical, business, and project management functions. Originally from India, she is based in Southern New Jersey where she lives with her husband and daughter.

As a Product Manager, John collaborates with the entire organization to provide a great product experience for our clients. He has a degree in Environmental Science from Temple University and has worked in a wide range of different industries. In his free time, John enjoys running, yoga, and cooking.

Ryan attended Bryant University and Western New England University where he studied Marketing and Communications. A former GameStop Store Manager and Schedule Planner at Apple Holyoke, he is now applying his attention to detail on the 3BL Media content team. Ryan has spent his whole life in Massachusetts and has lived in downtown Northampton for over a decade. He enjoys hiking in New England, watching stand-up comedy and he practices meditation daily.

Andrew joins 3BL Media with years of retail and account management experience as well as a degree in Public Relations from Suffolk University. He is passionate about the environment and the impact that today's choices have on tomorrow. Andrew's hobbies include exercising, reading, and traveling as often as he can.

Mike is a Client Success Manager. Prior roles include both Ford Motor Company and PR Newswire/Cision. At PR Newswire, he managed PR and IR Michigan accounts along with PRN's automotive practice.

As Director of Brand & Marketing, Margie shapes 3BL Media's brand identity through integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive long-term profitable growth. She graduated with a B.S. in Public Relations from Champlain College. Outside of the office, you can find her ice climbing, skiing,cyclingand hiking in the Adirondack High Peaks.

Mary is a Content Specialist at 3BL Media. She received a BA in Government from Smith College and a JD from Suffolk University Law School. She is passionate about non-profit work, chairing the Board of Directors of It Takes A Village, which provides support for new parents and families in Western MA. At home, Mary enjoys knitting, reading, and adventuring with her family.

Brad is a Director of Business Development in New York City. As a former Floridian and UCF graduate, he found his way to NYC after spending 3 years in Washington, D.C. He has extensive knowledge working with communications departments through his experience at Paris based, media monitoring company, Mention. He spends his free time exploring the city with his dog (Hank), watching ALL sports, running, and sampling the endless options of restaurants NYC has to offer.

Sara Utterback is a Client Operations Specialist for 3BL Media. Her interest in sustainability efforts began in her studies at Purdue University, where she learned about the impact of the fast fashion industry on the world. She has previous experience in account management and operations with event production companies from her prior role at Groupon.
