This Sunday, Aug. 21 GoDaddy recognizes World Entrepreneur’s Day. Kristy recognizes that advancing DEIB requires a two-prong approach: influencing individuals and refining processes and systems. “One without the other cannot work, which is why this approach remains at the core of GoDaddy’s DEIB strategy and programming,” said Kristy.

Kristy’s focus this year will be strengthening GoDaddy’s DEIB foundations, increasing engagement and broadening education as “this will allow us to continue to scale, deepen and expand our efforts going forward, and increasingly enable customers’ success through equitable experiences and opportunities.” GoDaddy’s Employee Resource Groups, including an Entrepreneurs in Tech group, will continue to play a key role in its DEIB program.
